Megan and Zach's Enchanted Forest Wedding

Nothing could be better than a fairytale themed wedding at Southwind Hills Enchanted Forest.  Inspire Events designed the perfect backdrop for Megan and Zach’s day.  Only a couple as devoted to showing their real feelings for each other could have made this day as magical as it truly was.  Their letters, the toasts, the officiant’s message, the incredible first dance, the helicopter exit…all of it ideal.  I know everything I’m writing here is so cliché, but the truth is, they nailed it.  Megan and Zach are clearly over the moon for one another and we can’t wait to see them live, you guessed it, #HappilyEvermanAfter

Natasha and Nick's Estes Park Mountain Wedding

“God has a funny way of making us live life, experience joys and heartache, all to prepare us for His path…our path together.” Natasha and Nick were reunited 10 years after meeting one another for the first time, and this time they fell in love. Nick remembers it like this: “When I walked in the door and we gave each other a hug and it almost felt like we picked up where we left off.  As the evening went along I realized I hadn’t stopped smiling since I walked in the door.  After that night all I knew was that I wanted to see her again.” Natasha says, “The beauty of our relationship is that we got to know each other before we had to impress each other. I already knew he was a loyal, passionate, hilarious, life loving, generous man and friend, and now I get to know him as a companion.” We couldn’t be happier for Natasha and Nick. I know Natasha as a wedding industry colleague. She is an extremely talented hair and makeup artist who has a knack for making everyone around her feel at ease. She is naturally beautiful and lights up even more when Nick is beside her. They are both very close to their families, which is evident on their wedding day with Natasha’s dad officiating and every other family member having a role in giving the couple blessings and celebrating together in the beautiful Rocky Mountains. Thank you Nick and Natasha for letting us all witness your love story!

Lindsay and Brian's Stables Wedding

In Lindsay's own words, "Brian and I both are in our mid-late 30s are really had gotten set in our own individual lives. Him being a farmer with very little time to spare while the sun is still up, and me being a very busy ER doctor that has devoted my life to my education/training. On a whim at the urging of a friend I enrolled in Match online. Within weeks Brian popped up in my "matches" and the rest is history! Brian and I met and literally closed down the restaurant on our first date and we've been talking nonstop since then. He is my gift from God and I'm so thankful for the crazy internet that brought us together. I just thought my life was complete, and then I met him and now it really is!"

Lisa and Binh's Joyful Vietnamese Wedding

I challenge you to watch this film and not want to be besties with Lisa and Binh. Their energy is so positive and love-filled. The reception had this magical buzz in the air that can only be explained by the obvious joy that these two carry around wherever they go. I can honestly say I've never witnessed toasts that overflowed with emotion in quite the same way, from soft tears to exuberant jumping and cheering. Lisa and Binh, the world needs more of you. May you have 100 years of happiness together!

Kayly and Kenneth's Romantic Fall Wedding at The Springs Norman

Kayly and Kenneth were married at The Springs in Blanchard on the most perfect fall day ever. The cloud cover gave a sense of being wrapped up in a secluded world where Kayly and Kenneth exchanged their vows and left us all wanting to know more about the time they were almost kidnapped in West Virginia. Kayly's aunt designed all the floral and I was seriously loving the feathers and grasses mixed in along with roses and ribbons. There are so many things I loved about their day, but the best part was knowing these two are truly crazy about one another. Whitney and Mike's Emotional Family Blending Wedding

I cannot think of a day more brimming with real emotion. Whitney and Mike’s story makes my heart feel warm and fuzzy. They remind us all that true love is sometimes sweetest the second time around. They focus their love on their three children while never losing sight of the importance of nurturing their own relationship with each other. Every guest in attendance felt loved and honored by Mike and Whitney as they opened their hearts through their personal vows and special touches made to honor both of their late fathers. Mike and Whitney, thank you for sharing your day with all of us. You are loved!

Allison and Davis's Laughter-Filled OKC Devon Tower Wedding

Okay, can we talk for just a second about how opposites attract?  Allison’s maid of honor made mention on the wedding day how Davis is the yin to Alli’s yang, and after spending even a few moments with these two, it’s evident that she might be on to something.  Allison is boisterous, outspoken, funny, and kind.  Davis is quiet, calm, easy to talk to, and dotes on Allison.  The energy of the entire wedding day was infectious.  Everyone danced hard, laughed hard, and loved hard on these two special people.  Cheers to opposites attracting!  Allison and Davis, you are loved!

Nhu and Nathan's OKC Vietnamese Wedding

Nhu and Nathan have a strong faith, a tender love for each other, and a completely insane ability to throw a great party with the help of Rebecca Thai of Bespoke Events.  Wow!  We started bright and early with Holly Gannett Photography at both the bride's parent's home and the groom's parent's home to capture the preparations and the tea ceremony.  Next, they tied the knot with a ceremony at St. Andrew Dung Lac Catholic Church before partying harder than we've ever been partied with at Hy Palace Asian Restaurant with entertainment by IVINA.  The floral was breathtaking, the balloons were whimsical and fun, but our favorite part was the absolute rave of a dance floor.   Laughter, singing...grandpa was even tapping on his Heiniken with a soup spoon while grandma danced with all the young ladies.  This is what a family celebration looks like!  Congratulations Nhu and Nathan!

Quinn and Luke's At-Long-Last OKC Vast Wedding

Quinn and Luke have one of the best love stories I’ve ever heard. They met when they were ten years old, they were best friends, they were each other’s first kiss, they were in middle school and high school together, then life happened and they spent years apart. They each had their own separate lives. Then fate brought them back together again and it was as if no time had passed. They quickly became smitten once again and set a date to marry in downtown OKC at the top of the Devon Tower. Their first look is probably my favorite of all time because Luke’s reaction is so exuberant and yet full of awe as he sees his beautiful best friend standing before him as his bride. Quinn and Luke, we love you and wish you all the very best of life together!

Alisa and David's Royal Tulsa Wedding

“Anyone who knows Alisa knows that she literally is a Disney princess.” We agree completely. Alisa is the picture of grace and beauty and David knows he’s won the lottery. His toast at the end of this film is unlike any other we’ve witnessed before, it starts with “Dr Pettigrove and Mrs Pettigrove, I’m absolutely in love with your daughter. I’m crazy about her. I want to explode.” And what he does after that will make you smile and laugh. Alisa found her prince and we couldn’t be happier for the two of them. Thank you for choosing us to capture your royal wedding!

Haley and Clark's Southwind Hills Wedding

“Let us be partners, friends, and lovers today and all of the days that follow.” Haley and Clark have a tender, romantic love. They also have a fun, laughter-filled love. All the many facets of their love were celebrated on their wedding day. Clark and Haley met at The University of Oklahoma where Clark was a wrestler and Haley was a gymnast…a gymnast who could really put away some Olive Garden, according to Clark! Our kind of lady! We couldn’t be happy for this sweet couple. Many blessings to Mr. and Mrs. Glass! And, a great big shout out to our rock star team of shooters, Welch and Hilary! You guys killed it. #haleygotglass

Christa and Calvin's Downtown OKC Colcord Oklahoma Winter Wedding

Sometimes the moment presents itself and you have to be ready to just go with it. That's what happened at Christa and Calvin's winter wedding a few weeks ago. It seemed like one special moment happened right after another, and we were so thankful to be right there when Christa's 10-year-old daughter began to tell the story of Calvin asking for her mother's hand in marriage. Then Christa explained the special significance of her headpiece honoring Calvin's beloved late grandmother. All of it was touching. Fast-forward a bit to the chilly, but gorgeous first look where the two of them laughed and laughed together; we were all smiling as we watched. Watching their families blend as they became husband and wife was an honor. Thank you for choosing us to capture your memories, Calvin and Christa. It was a pleasure working with such an all-star wedding team, too!

Amy and Mike's New York City Central Park Wedding Vow Renewal

My precious friend Amy Martin Cullifer from Amy Cakes, Norman Oklahoma renewed her vows with her sweet hubby, Mike, in one of my favorite places on earth…New York City. My sister and I were blessed to be there to capture the excitement of choosing flowers in the floral district, dinner at the famous Tavern on the Green, and of course the romantic vow renewal in Central Park. One of my favorite things about this film is the audio throughout; from the opening seconds, Amy and Mike tell their love story in a simple interview. Then it’s like the entire city conspires to create this beautiful underscore as a little girl sees Amy on the street and cries, “Brava! Brava!” A street musician serenades the couple on violin, and a dog even barks during a portion of the vows where Amy speaks of her love for stray dogs and Mike’s willingness to let her take them in. Ahh---I love it! The personal vows are such perfection because the words are so authentic and Amy and Mike speak from a place of experience and vulnerability. I couldn’t cut a single word. Nineteen years is certainly a milestone to celebrate, as is every year when you are in love with your best friend. To Amy, Mike, the boys, and Nina…thank you for sharing your hearts! Congratulations and many more years of happiness to The Cullifers!
