Alisa and David's Royal Tulsa Wedding

Screen Shot 2017-09-08 at 12.09.11 PM.png

“Anyone who knows Alisa knows that she literally is a Disney princess.” We agree completely. Alisa is the picture of grace and beauty and David knows he’s won the lottery. His toast at the end of this film is unlike any other we’ve witnessed before, it starts with “Dr Pettigrove and Mrs Pettigrove, I’m absolutely in love with your daughter. I’m crazy about her. I want to explode.” And what he does after that will make you smile and laugh. Alisa found her prince and we couldn’t be happier for the two of them. Thank you for choosing us to capture your royal wedding!

Haley and Clark's Southwind Hills Wedding

Screen Shot 2017-07-11 at 7.40.14 PM.png

“Let us be partners, friends, and lovers today and all of the days that follow.” Haley and Clark have a tender, romantic love. They also have a fun, laughter-filled love. All the many facets of their love were celebrated on their wedding day. Clark and Haley met at The University of Oklahoma where Clark was a wrestler and Haley was a gymnast…a gymnast who could really put away some Olive Garden, according to Clark! Our kind of lady! We couldn’t be happy for this sweet couple. Many blessings to Mr. and Mrs. Glass! And, a great big shout out to our rock star team of shooters, Welch and Hilary! You guys killed it. #haleygotglass

Christa and Calvin's Downtown OKC Colcord Oklahoma Winter Wedding

Sometimes the moment presents itself and you have to be ready to just go with it. That's what happened at Christa and Calvin's winter wedding a few weeks ago. It seemed like one special moment happened right after another, and we were so thankful to be right there when Christa's 10-year-old daughter began to tell the story of Calvin asking for her mother's hand in marriage. Then Christa explained the special significance of her headpiece honoring Calvin's beloved late grandmother. All of it was touching. Fast-forward a bit to the chilly, but gorgeous first look where the two of them laughed and laughed together; we were all smiling as we watched. Watching their families blend as they became husband and wife was an honor. Thank you for choosing us to capture your memories, Calvin and Christa. It was a pleasure working with such an all-star wedding team, too!

Amy and Mike's New York City Central Park Wedding Vow Renewal

My precious friend Amy Martin Cullifer from Amy Cakes, Norman Oklahoma renewed her vows with her sweet hubby, Mike, in one of my favorite places on earth…New York City. My sister and I were blessed to be there to capture the excitement of choosing flowers in the floral district, dinner at the famous Tavern on the Green, and of course the romantic vow renewal in Central Park. One of my favorite things about this film is the audio throughout; from the opening seconds, Amy and Mike tell their love story in a simple interview. Then it’s like the entire city conspires to create this beautiful underscore as a little girl sees Amy on the street and cries, “Brava! Brava!” A street musician serenades the couple on violin, and a dog even barks during a portion of the vows where Amy speaks of her love for stray dogs and Mike’s willingness to let her take them in. Ahh---I love it! The personal vows are such perfection because the words are so authentic and Amy and Mike speak from a place of experience and vulnerability. I couldn’t cut a single word. Nineteen years is certainly a milestone to celebrate, as is every year when you are in love with your best friend. To Amy, Mike, the boys, and Nina…thank you for sharing your hearts! Congratulations and many more years of happiness to The Cullifers!

Megan and Stuart Scaramucci have been a blast to work with! Throughout their engagement, we had the opportunity to meet with them to plan for not only their wedding day, but their fun love story shot at the Thunderdome. The wedding day, like their love story, is full of laughter and love. But, be prepared for a few tears as you watch this one because those toasts just couldn’t have been more heartfelt. Meg and Stu, it has been an absolute joy being part of your all-star wedding team. We are honored and thankful to call you our friends and congratulate you on a beautiful marriage! #MegToMucci

Brook and Adam's Downtown OKC Civic Center Skirvin Oklahoma Wedding

We have to start off by saying that we love a couple who high-fives.  This is the epitome of "that couple!"  Brook and Adam Solis are the couple who play sports together, but also learn a killer tango for their first dance.  They are the couple who gets out on the dance floor and brings their friends and family along with them.  It's no wonder this wedding was packed with laughter and energy.  Just watch and you'll feel the love, too!  Congratulations to Mr. and Mrs. Adam Solis!!  A BIG thank you to my always fantastic team! #oklahomaweddingvideo #okcweddingvideo #okcweddingfilm

Lauren and Brad's Osage County Oklahoma Ranch Wedding

Warning: You’re gonna want to read this, even if you’re like me and sometimes you don’t read the card before you open the gift.
“You don’t see this often. Only in Osage County,” said the goat roping caller. I reckon truer words have never been spoken. Only at a ranch wedding in Oklahoma do you have rifle shots in the background of the officiant’s message and it doesn’t even ruffle the bride. Instead, she pumps her fist and says, “Yesss!” Oh, and I’ve never seen a couple be so perfectly dandy with an absolute downpour of Oklahoma rain. Lauren literally tied her train in a knot and dragged it through the mud to rope a goat. Now is the perfect time for me to tell you why I love Lauren and Brad so much. It’s their authenticity. Lauren has a beautifully real moment when she finishes putting her dress and boots on and says, “Holy $@#! This is the first time I’ve really felt like a bride.” I texted Lauren yesterday asking if she is okay with me including that clip in this film. Her response: “Oh yeah, that’s absolutely fine! 100% me. I really tried to keep it PG while you guys were filming.” Can I please have an entire calendar full of Laurens?? Let’s talk about Brad now. It’s a good thing Lauren found him when she did because this man is a catch, ladies! He is laid back and approachable, quick to smile and laugh, looks at Lauren with the eyes of a man who has fallen hard, AND he’s a great dad. Lauren and Brad both know they are lucky to have found each other. Their personal vows were so chock full of epic sound bites like this one: “Many times you’ve asked me, ‘Why are you so good to me?’ I will answer you again. Love begets love. Your kindness and care radiates back through me and our love and comfort towards each other flourishes.” Something tells me that these two will be front porch cuddling when they’re 90 years old. Congratulations Mr. and Mrs. Meador! Big loves to Terron Liles for being the only wedding planner I know with the personal background to pull off this vision perfectly AND to execute it flawlessly on the day-of, even with a massive rain storm looming and eventually breaking loose. And to my championship film crew, Glidecam master props to Welch for getting up close and personal with the livestock and always getting the shot, to Chasen for the smooth-like-buttah aerials, and to Anna for sloshing through the mud with me while laughing our soggy buns off at the ridiculously time-consuming Oklahoma flag shot. It made the cut, girl! Darn tootin’!
